WEDDING CONTRACTS, FEES & DEPOSITS
During full day weddings and receptions hosted at the Olema Inn the restaurant is closed to the public to insure that the bride and groom enjoy their day surrounded by family and friends. Once availability is established, the bride and groom sign a contract with the Olema Inn reserving the date of the event. A non refundable deposit of 30% of the facility fee is required to secure the reservation. An additional 50% becomes due 30 days prior to the event and the balance of the facility fee is due the day of your wedding.
FACILITY FEES
On the day of your wedding the Inn is closed to the public. You have the following two rental options: a full day rental with access to the Inn from 9:00am until 11:30pm or a half day rental between the hours of 9:00am and 3:30pm. The garden makes a lovely spot for your wedding vows.
MUSIC
There can be no amplification of any kind outside the facility due to county noise restrictions. Amplified music inside the facility is allowed. Dancing takes place in our bar area.
